Has anyone had the pleasure of a "Formal Fact Finding Meeting" taking place over the phone?

Yep agreed if it’s formal it’s on the record so you should be entitled to representation, contact your rep and tell them they are needed.

Thanks for the replies. RM have informed me I can have a Union Rep or Work Colleague,as it will be a ZOOM call & I was also informed that there will be a another person from R.M takings notes/minutes of the Interview.

Gotta laugh at this. They do know that Zoom allows the meting to be recorded in its entirety? No need for notes if the whole thing is recorded. I would be highly suspicious if RM provided a "scribe"!
