I will be retiring in Dec 2022 what would my annual leave entitlement be for that year Apr to Dec.

However, you will accrue 9/12 of your annual entitlement.
For ease of reference divide your annual entitlement by 4 and then multiply by 3 and it will give you a ballpark figure.
