If a Part time OPG is made up to 38 hour full time from 25 hour part time, do they immediately attract full time pay when on annual leave or do they remain being paid part time pay when on leave to a certain point?
Any clarity please....

Re: Part time to Full time annual leave
As soon as your manager officially changes your contract to full time, your leave hours change to full time. Be warned though that can mean that your actual days leave will change this year. Depending on how much leave you have had up to the point of the contract change you can end up with less or more hours left to take. This is because leave is measured in hours not days.makingsounds wrote: ↑22 Jan 2021, 16:08If a Part time OPG is made up to 38 hour full time from 25 hour part time, do they immediately attract full time pay when on annual leave or do they remain being paid part time pay when on leave to a certain point?
