Covid illness enquiry
Hi , tested positive on 4 th jan , sent notification to manager, due back 15th Jan but virus has whacked me big time , if I am not 100% and I put a self cert in on 16th jan , will absence be recorded as covid absence or standard absence , cheers in advance

10 days is the minimum isolation period for transmission but recovery may take a lot longer.
