Absorbing with cut off going into 2021

I would usually expect absorption to start next week coupled with failure to complete deliveries all over the office, this has happened since March. Do you think this is how we are all going to carry on into 2021? Or could the new agreement deal with this situation? Cheers and Happy Christmas.

The only reason for abortion is a management bonus they don't care if you struggle just bring it back and let the managers earn it!

They will just build absorbtion into the upcoming revisions. The problem is within 6 months they will claim we have time to absorb some more and put another few frames on.

What did you think lapsing/absorption is for it is too show you have the time and the revision will incorporate it and they will do the same activity again a never ending lapsing/absorption!

Absorbing /lapsing isn't mentioned in proposed deal. The deal needs to be put to members and voted on, so its unlikely that it'll make any difference for months.

If you think things like absorbsion should be dealt with in the agreement, you should vote no.

There is a lot of talk in the proposed agreement about issues being sorted locally. I would imagine there will be no change, absorbing will be dealt with locally with winners and losers (those offices with strong reps and decent managers being the winners).

we all had our absorption loop added to our deliveries and the duty disappeared only for it to be reinstated when it cost them more in overtime than to employ a part timer to deliver it
