28th of December - holiday or not?

Post by Jahpostie »

The Royal Mail website says the 28th is a holiday. Earlier in the week my DOM said he didn't know as there were ongoing discussions with CWU. Today one of my colleagues said our union rep had said today that it is not a holiday. This is an utter shambles, how can people plan their limited Christmas.

Anybody out there know for sure? Surely if the website says it's a holiday it's a holiday!......

Depends on which calendar Royal Mail and the CWU are using.

It's likely they're both using the Greg or Ian calendar.
