Large Tracked Parcels.

Post by ViperF »

Hi all, so at the moment I’m starting at 1pm and finishing at 6:30pm doing large tracked parcels. Do to the increase in volume due to Covid and Xmas. I have asked both the union and management what I should do with any tracked parcels I can’t do within my contracted hours.

Basically what do i scan on the pda? Should it be inaccessible or don’t scan at all and put it back in the yorke for it to be rescanned in the morning for delivery again.

Probably best to not scan them, just take them back to the DO. If you were to scan them as inaccessible, you'd probably get complaints about items not being attempted

There is an option on the pda " delivery not attempted"

Its not your problem. You've asked the manager, just do whatever he says.

In my office he'd beg bully or con some one/people to do them. All tracked must be done every day no excuse.
