Timed deliveries

Can someone clarify if the relaxation of timed deliveries is still in operation and which document clarifies the details please.

AFAIK the only timed deliveries have been SDs. The system is in place for Tracked but I don't think it's ever been used

Used to be able to pay for an earlier than scheduled delivery , every thing that was available at the agreed time would be delivered , any items coming to hand after the timed delivery would be delivered with the scheduled delivery

Wouldn't that have been just "Firms Walks"?

Firms / Universities ,Large users with Internal Postal Systems

I've got 2 firms that have always been timed 7.30am for whatever in at the time,and the rest with the duty.But since covid they probably only get the timed 70-80% of the time.
I've always presumed they pay probably pay quite a good fee so have every right to be annoyed when I rock up (10-10.30 am) usually.
Have wondered if they rules have been relaxed because bosses couldn't give a **** but then again they don't seem to care about much really.
