So now that Rico has gone after announcing over the past year or so that we are not, and not going to be in the future, profitable. These announcements driving down share prices and then Rico buys more shares at lower prices. Is this insider dealing? Also if we cannot make a profit when we`ve had the election material, and all the packets, etc, in the past 8 months or so, when WILL the company make a profit???

It's not insider dealing if he made a public announcement that no profits made/going to be made, then price tanked and he then BOUGHT shares.
If they had the money anybody had the opportunity to buy shares after the price tanked.

If he SOLD shares shortly before making the announcement then that could be insider dealing.

So if he crashed the shares price on purpose by making negative statements about the company then bought cheaper shares, that`s not inside trading?

When in fact he was sat on 800 milions in banks and almost one bilion in credit facility?

I repeat - insider trading is when an individual acts on confidential info (i.e not known to the public/share exchanges). The unfavourable
statements were made in public and the share price dropped afterwards - therefore it's not insider trading - if negative statements made can
be proven to be untrue then some might say that might be an attempt to manipulate the market - but it's still not insider trading.

If any individual does the opposite and flogs shares before making negative statements then with evidence that might be worthy of the allegation of insider trading.

Not trying to defend anybodys behaviour here but the distinction is important. A specific allegation of insider trading or market manipulation
on here could have serious consequences for the poster and the site.

How "serious consequences" when asking a question and not making a statement?
