Hi, does anybody have a copy of the attendance policy please. Or can someone tell me what “reasonable notice is to change my working hours. As it states in my contract “your hours may change from time to time after giving you reasonable notice”

Attendance policy
As far as I'm aware there is no agreement per se on what you are asking, the policy you refer to is the 'attendance agreement' and is about sickness ect.
NATIONAL ATTENDANCE PROCEDURE 2013
In the present Covid climate lots peoples toa's have changed, personally, I feel a week would be reasonable ( for me anyway, might not be good for others ) if I have to change times, I suppose it depends on the reason as well.
There is the 28 day thing but that is executive action.
Others on here who have changed may be able to help.

It's good to get these types of threads, the ridiculous my manager said bollox, so we can reassure ourselves that while the world is falling apart, Royal Mail managers are still being the low-life C***S they have always been.

I had same issue few days ago. Im pregnant 18 weeks, and I have been told by menager my contract hours is flexible so might be change in 1day, might be change for afternoon shift even when im not able to do it, because have to picked up child from school. Any way rang HR office, get advice about it, and offcourse im not in family friends RM but my contract is 25h/7 so can not be change without minimum weeks notice and both sides (me and menagers) got to agree that.
