I think that we should run a campaign to design a recruiting campaign poster for the idiotic P.O.V.F. Something along the lines off, a picture of big AL pointing(like lord Kitchener) saying"Your company needs you!! To work for free!! come in early, use your own cars and dont have a break. All idiots interested in joining the loyal but stupid P.O.V.F please contact big AL or little Adam immediately!!! And now a short messaeg from your idiot in chief "Please bear in mind without the loyal but stupid P.O.V.F it wouldnt be possible to pay my deputy idiot in chief a seven figure bonus,and more importantly how the hell would your DIM survive without the six grand that your loyal and stupid volunteer service earn him?In recognition of your complete stupidity, we have decided to reward you with an extra half walk, reduction in your pension payments and hopefully we can arrange for ten lots of door 2 door to be added to your walk without any extra payments!!! I salute the shear stupidity of the P.O.V.F an truly believe that such foolishness has never been shown by so many, for so long to reward so few"

I did take my break but when you and only you are doing it you get strange look's as if you do not work hard enough!.

Two of the POVF were complaining to the DOM this morning about waiting for the missort run because they had bagged up ages ago and didn't see why they had to wait when it would mean they might finish after their time - in passing I said "if you didn't come in an hour early and work for nothing - you would still be getting ready like me and wouldn't have anything to moan about" This was greeted by a blank stare from the POVF's and a grin from the DOM who will be paying me 1.75 hours extended and them nothing for coming in early.

In other words people who work for feck all by coming in early and/or using their own car to do a delivery at no cost to the business. I think POVF is a very apt term.
