O.H are always there to back up management on sickness issues. Now get your head out your arses and look out for the work force we are working too close together this could be corporate neglect

OH assist is no longer, it’s called something else now but RM management don’t involve them unless you are becoming a burden to the payroll. It costed RM shedloads since Rico’s boys have been in, very reluctant to pay the fee.
