jury service
In a few weeks i have to attend jury service, while myself and my manager are aware that this is a legal requirement he said that if i am not required on a particular day i have to return to work . I have to report to the court at 9.30 each morning and if i am not needed i will have to go home get changed and report back to work for the rest of my shift i am on earlies is this true?

on your first day there you fill out a form to say if you are able to go back to work if not needed .... time wise if you a 2 pm finish it`s not practicial
