Rules Revision Conference 2008
Rule Amendment Proposal Forms for the above Conference have been emailed to Branches and Regional Committees. The closing date for the receipt of proposals to change the rules is, if by post, by first post to Carmel McCudden, CWU 150 The Broadway, Wimbledon, London SW19 1RX or 12 noon if electronically, to cmccudden@cwu.org on the 14th March 2008.
Branches and Regional Committees are entitled to submit up to 3 proposals to the Rules Revision Conference 2008.
Please ensure that the text of proposals is carefully checked and that you have clearly indicated the intention of the proposal, i.e. whether it is to amend/delete/add to a rule.
Proposals should be submitted by email using only the appropriate templates, and unless a branch does not have email facilities, this should be the preferred method of submission. Branches who do not have email facilities should contact Carmel to request forms.
Motions will not be admitted if sent to any other head office email address.
Head Office will acknowledge receipt, via email within 72 hours. Should an acknowledgement not be received within this period, Branches/Regional Committees should contact Carmel McCudden at head office on 02089717260 or 07968191134.
