My wife is pregnant and the due day is on the end of February.
I have asked my manager to take 2 weeks paternity leave as soon as the baby
will born.
It is possible that will happen on my annual leave week
In that case what is happening;

Im sure you get the days / week credited back to your annual leave quota. The same as if you are on sick leave and you have annual leave in that time.
Had a few issues with paternity leave, the manager requesting a MAT B1 form as a form of proof. Not sure if they have mentioned this to you but may want to get one just to cover yourself incase they be awkward and try to prevent your paternity leave.
