Paternity Leave Over Christmas

Does anyone have a copy of the agreement which covers paternity leave?

I'm due to be taking my two weeks over the Chrismas/New Year period, and I'm wondering if I'd get the bank holidays as lieu days, or as an extension on my two weeks.

No drama if I don't, but it'd be a bonus if I were due them.

"Paternity leave is in addition to your normal holiday"

I say Bank Holidays are part of the minimum 28 days statutory holiday.
