An OPG on a stage 2 warning. What is the correct and updated procedure. I’ve been told. Go clear for six months and you come off the procedure. Help.

If you are on a stage 2 and you have no sick absences at all for 6 months you go clear.
If you have one absence during that 6 months and it is more than 4 days but less than 10, you will go back down to a stage 1.
If you have one absence during that 6 months and it is more than 4 days but less than 10, you will go back down to a stage 1.
