Wonder if somebody could offer me some advice.

Believed my contract to be 27.5 hours. Turns out contract is 27.05. Not sure how it's possible to be on a 27.05 contract considering finishing times of every other colleague in the office.
Was unaware of this for a number of months and so i've technically worked a 27.5 hour week for x amount of weeks, only being paid 27.05 hours. Not sure if i'll be able to claim this back, but having spoken to DOM / Workplace Coach / Union rep they've all said they'll sort it and everytime the question is asked been informed DOM put the request in to edit contract and hasn't heard back from whoever's responsibility it is to update contract. Union rep / coach have given up and said ring HR; that is fruitless as you can't speak to anyone from payroll via HR Contact
Obviously now i know i book 25 minutes extend to make up for the shortfall, but i shouldn't have to keep remembering to do this if my manager assumes my working week to be 27.5. Really frustrating me now so was hoping anyone has some advice for me.
Thankyou
