2. Town Residential routes will be planned on a 3.5 hour delivery span. All routes will be planned on the basis of equalisation, and a fair and manageable workload. The planning process will have the full involvement of the CWU and employees

woofwoof has it spot on.
SDD (single daily delivery) as part of the wider ranging TDS (tailored delivery services) brought in 3 and a half hour deliveries and wiped out the second delivery.
Get a copy and ram it down his throat.

I Wrote-During Covid-Which is still relevant now
It's good to get these types of threads, the ridiculous my manager said bollox, so we can reassure ourselves that while the world is falling apart, Royal Mail managers are still being the low-life C***S they have always been.

It's royalmail interpretation of flexibility comeing to an office near you all is called job and never finnish!. :shock:

Think of all that travelling time to and fro the office.

A lot of dead time, especially if you miss the bus back to the office :Very Happy

RM managers would not know what a National Agreement was if it slapped em in the face.

Just out of curiosity has anyone ever seen a copy of a National Agreement in a managers office??

I never have!!
Management have their own copy it is called ( THE 2007/2009 LESS PAY AND MORE WORK MODERNISATION AGREEMENT) and is to be implimented to an office near you soon!. BUT NOT IF WE CAN PI*S IT OFF!.
