It's alright Terry and his gravy boaters went round doing `culture visits` (but only the ones that they knew have brownnosers) and everything is rosy in the garden.
Royal Mail managers.....about as popular as a t.urd in a swimming pool!
The DDA/Equality Act demands action,NOT words......adjustments NOT Occupational Health referrals.Case No:2505901/09
Royal Mail is an Equal Opportunities Employer..It discriminates against everybody.

This is unbelievable, get a national ballot out now .what are they waiting for . Christmas to pass again
This bullying simply cannot go on any longer
Forget about silly things like an hour less to do the same work in ! These people are obviously suffering if they are prepared to risk their jobs and lose money to try and fix something that tip union are paid 10s of thousands a year to do

Ah yes, so we get an hour less but where is that hour less going to come from?? Will it be another round of regular 10-15 minutes later start times. Whats the point of having later start times when 70% of your staff are already coming in early? In our office all our packets are sorted and the 2nd wave has arrived just as I've just got my 1st wave of mech in!!

If processing and delivery can get the work in that early - why the hell are Royal Mail scheduling us all to start work that late?

Oh yes I know why, its because it gives them more scope to make the duties even bigger than they already are. All this crap about starting later and working a 9 till 5pm is to allow for what exactly?
On the face of it, shareholder value is the dumbest idea in the world.

They have to go properly go thbrough the correct process (talks, mediation, etc) otherwise RM will just go to court and get a strike ballot declared illegal. iirc last time the union didn't go to mediation so RM got the strike ballot then ruled illegal
