It's called the Individual Grievance Procedure.
If a group of members have a collective issue with a manager it should be actioned by the rep through the IR process by lodging a disagreement.
If it involves a potential legal issue like discrimination, holiday pay or withholding of wages I would advise everyone affected to initiate the grievance procedure individually before contacting ACAS.
