Broken Ankle whilst on delivery

I fell over at the end of January whilst on delivery and broke my ankle.

I've completed a LS3 form and sent all the paperwork back but don't seem to have heard anymore.

Is there's a protocol or particular time scale ?

None that I am aware of but 2 months is a bit long with no information. Chase the rep or Branch to get it moving.
