What's happening with
Ireland
Glasgow
Manchester
Falkirk
Hamilton

Bullying and harassment
Mediators have been in some offices and the Managers turn around and are saying to the mediators they feel under pressure and that's works not getting completed and forget to say there intimidating staff to complete and singling certain staff members out that can't complete or do overtime.

Managers think it's us against them and twist it about to mediators.
Far from the truth as why would full delivery offices walk out and lose wages.
So much for zero tolerance in royalmail for the above

I agree time for a national strike.
Cause the mediator approach isn't working,
Need a new approach to change this culture.
And a national strike is the only way forward.

It's just a matter of time when, not if my office walks out.
Management bullying big time, don't like it when the reps talk back to them and warn them they are pushing their luck
Area rep has said privately you need to walk as he's dying to get in the office and confront two of the managers involved, one of them has previous

Think nearly every office is the same.
Managers with no people skill,
Treating staff as numbers.
The list could go on all day
