Hello need some advice in our office we have leave groups and a folder gets passed around for postmen to pick there leave .
It went junior to senior
Then senior to junior
Then on way back up its junior to senior
On the last junior to senior pick one of the group has only five annual leave days and no weeks to pick has picked
them all on three weekends in the summer
Question is this allowed ?
If it is can I use my 5 annual leave days and 3 local leave days and pick Saturdays ?
If it is allowed and I still have two whole weeks to pick and want one of weeks picked by postman who only picked the weekend can I challenge the leave pick ?
Hope you can help
Thanks in advance

Leave pick
In our office you have to pick full weeks and then after the leave allocation is completed then odd days can be booked if available, as you quite rightly say it's not acceptable for people to split a weeks leave and book odd days, as you say it prevents others from booking a week off. So my answer for what it's worth is, no it shouldn't be allowed, your manager or whoever's in charge shouldn't be allowing it to happen !
