Suspended dismissal
Hi can anyone help me with this , if you are on a suspended dismissal and you then have a conduct issue that isn’t the same as your initial charge, can they bring the 1st charge into play and sack or does it have to be the same offence as to which you were given the suspended dismissal for , any help would be much appreciated, thanks in advance

Suspended dismissal should have a time limit for eg. 2 years suspended dismissal meaning that you should remain free from ANY disciplinary awards within that time or the dismissal will be invoked.Postiepower wrote:Hi can anyone help me with this , if you are on a suspended dismissal and you then have a conduct issue that isn’t the same as your initial charge, can they bring the 1st charge into play and sack or does it have to be the same offence as to which you were given the suspended dismissal for , any help would be much appreciated, thanks in advance
