How long for an appeal hearing?

I have gone to appeal against the penalty I received in my conduct case and was just asking if anybody knows how long I will be waiting to be contacted from an appeals manager.

Step Two: Appeal hearing arranged Upon receiving the written notification to appeal from the employee, the manager should arrange an appeal hearing. This should be arranged as soon as possible and within two weeks (up to a serious warning) or within four weeks (for major penalties).

The penalty I received was a 1 year serious warning and a penalty transfer. I was told this decision on the 29th October so I should hear something by the 26th November then?
