Yes your right you need to speak to your rep to get this action stopped especially as Royal Mail are championing mental health etc

yes, it's wrong, my manager done it to my son and I was the union rep at the time, pulled him straight away in front of everyone, he did not agree in front of everyone, but pulled my son and his colleague aside later and apologised!!!
