HOLIDAY ENTITLEMENT AND BANK HOLIDAYS

HI can anyone advise me I have just gone on partime hours Tuesday to Friday 31 hours with 21 years service what will my annual leave entitlement be and what happens when there is a bank holiday I have emailed the HR department three times and they have failed to reply,[HOW RUDE ARE THEY] so I am counting on my royal mail colleague for help.

I had been emailing HR about a pay dispute with no response either. I was informed that emails to HR need to be sent via a managers Royal Mail email address and those sent by our own personal emails just bounce back. This might be the reason.

Bank holidays you should get pro-rata, so 31/39 or 38 is about 80% of a full time position

I think there are 8 bank holidays in England and Wales, so 80% of this is 6 days (to the closest day)
