The hourly pay rate goes up for EVERYONE including Full-timers.diamond25 wrote:Manager and union rep are saying I will get zilch.
So if you are doing the same hours you will get a pay rise.
If not then they have to reduce your hours by 2.65% - not many managers could do that on 10 fingers.
Ps its 50 minutes

Not necessarily true as if you're a full timer who finishes early you won't see a rise in wages however if you're part time and finish early, you will . Also when off sick or holiday, part timers will get more money than now, but full time won't. The only time a full timer wins is if they work 39 hrs still, then they'll get an extra hr overtime for doing the same work as now.TrueBlueTerrier wrote:The hourly pay rate goes up for EVERYONE including Full-timers.diamond25 wrote:Manager and union rep are saying I will get zilch.
