Is there a set time or formula for Rep or reps release time during the working week. I know there is a rule for management for every 40 or so OPG's there should be a line manager. My office has over 150 staff and we have myself and my deputy. I get release from the IPS most days but as I have a over 100 people in work on a given day to represent I'm feel I don't have enough time to do this. I want to split the office into two parts so I can represent half and my deputy the other half, if he could get the release time to do this it would be very helpful.
Any large offices similar to this or have different approach
