Absorption/ lapsing, whatever you call it, do it if you've time, don't if you haven't. Where's the problem?

Personally I’d say the problem is the bullying that comes with it, the mental torture ,the amount of people getting docket for doing it reflecting on your so called performance some how
Absolutely no help from the Cwu ,when you are trying to do the job properly taking breaks ,using trolleys .the same stuff that we hear all the time we should be doing
Being constantly compared to younger or fitter or runners
Fair play if you have an office with a union that aren’t only interested in looking after themselves and the odd friend
But when you are faced with this constantly I honestly can see what the problem is
It needs to stop ,people are being intimidated up and down the country to work for free for fear of losing their job

Sounds a bit harsh probably but if you haven't time to do it, don't. Take some responsibility for yourself and don't get pushed into it. If you're working for free I'm afraid you only have one person to blame. If they argue you have got time, just calmly say follow me then and we'll see.

It’s not harsh at all ,and that’s totally the way it should work.
But We will have to agree to disagree ,offices around the country aren’t staging wild cat strikes because things are being done fairly and correct .
They are micro managing certain staff to the point of breakdowns
Where do these people go when the union are clearly letting them down .the grievance procedures are clearly not fit for purpose either

Maybe they will sit up and take notice when a DOM or LINO is murdered on the floor. Think this is far fetched. I don't with what I read and know about this job. Tick tock, only a matter of time :pray
