The previous two years our shift have been shown the comments given in the EOS. (with any names deleted)
Apparently we are not permitted to view comments (suggestions) in this years survey because the new privacy laws say an individual could potentially be identified.
However the managers have seen the suggestions. Does that mean their has been a breach of the regulations?
How can managers discuss any of the suggestions with the employees without fear of potentially identifying the individual!
Is this really the intention of the GDPR or misinterpretation?

The only reason I completed the survey was to highlight that an action plan was not produced & suggested a review of management commitment might be in order. This year several colleagues did not complete the EOS reflecting the national figure of 82% which equates to 2,000 fewer. I will be added to that number next year.
