Anyone have a postal address of where to send a grievence or bullying & harrasment letter to? Was given an email address but doesnt work.

Union rep only new and doesnt know. Asked his senior who gave an email which doesnt work. Whats the new procedure??

Is that how you make a complaint about your manager without him or the union Rep knowing. Contact HR?

You have to fill in the H1 form & email it off to hrsc.gateway@royalmail.com

Ignore the email address on the form it’s wrong.

If you tick the box that you don’t want your manager dealing with your complaint you will then get a call from HR to discuss your grievance
