Can this document be downloaded anywhere or do you get it from your manager?

Can this form be completed on line or does it have to be hand written?

There used to be a website which had the form available to download and e-mail.

It appears to have vanished and the link via a search for the helpline now appears to be dead as well.

0800 5874777 that is of was the helpline number - try phoning to see if they can help. It's odd that it appears to have been wiped out

And when you phone up insist it’s bullying and that a grievance won’t be appropriate instead (if that is the case) as they like to downgrade
