3 months off sick and no contact from OH despite being told I was being referred.
Are RM more interested in saving costs or getting people back to work, either way people's health and welfare don't seem too important.
How long should you have to wait, I want a proper staggered back to work agreement not something locally agreed within the office then reneged on when I return to work.

Even with changes in Hr regarding OH Assist referrals , once you have been off more than 28 days with an absence you should be referred.If you are in the CWU get hold of your rep.
