Watched this and the other ones that were put up online with this one CULTURE CHANGE is mentioned this cannot be changed from the ground up by the CWU it needs addressing from the top of ROYAL MAIL down to the ground till this is changed nothing good will come of any agreement!

I agree. That rep from Rochdale made out that the members are the problem! Sounded like some s**t the management would spout, It's not us that need to change .
