Page 12 in the agreement augmented payments will cease fro IHR and redundancies can anyone explain in more detail before I vote on the agreement.

easy no ill health retirement payments no redundancy payments as the old pension is now gone and these were built in but dont worry the union will get us a better deal

I think from comments on the agreement that ill health with lump sum will not be affected
it is the ill health with immediate pension and Vr with pension that will be changing

but again we are still waiting for any confirmation
there was a rep in the north east tour video that stated he has been told from that meeting with the union
there will no change to the MTSF

time will tell i suppose
