scaremongering over the MTSF

. page 12 paragraph 3 is in ''black & white'' ......augmented payments will cease for IHR and redundancies. if that is scaremongering its coming from RM and the CWU who have AGREED this.

its a big no from me
as i have said before the last roadshow to brainwash the membership only served rm and shafted us
how a rep can take all this s**t and agree with it then tell us how brilliant it is
i can make up my own mind on their sell out agreement without the propeganda

No detail on the meeting again - why can't a transcript of the questions and answers given be made? Many members
are not on Farcebook, What's Snap etc etc. and a lot of staff may not be present at gate meetings or whatever.

Also, RM and local management will be able to drive a coach and horses through it if it's not written down in black and white or it's ambiguous.

Eighteen months down the line when you're having a 'discussion' with your DOM and you try and say 'our rep said
that they said such and such at the Four Pillars meeting' I can imagine what response you'll get...................

Theres alot of small writing in this agreement and also brain washing the part time staff with gours to be reviewed every march and september. Iam sure the last agreeement was the same did this happen .... No.... Is the pension sorted out.... No.....
