Haven't been on here for a while. Checking my post each day, no ballot papers on new agreement. Anybody knows why we haven't had them yet.

The pay rise will attract a few yes votes as will the pension deal. For those in the DC scheme the new proposed pension will be a big improvement so more yes votes there. Those that don't want to strike, more votes. Those that don't mind a change in start times, more yes votes.
This one is not going to be a landslide like the vote to strike was and will be very close I believe!
