Am I right in thinking that if you are on official Annual leave or you're on a fixed rest day, you should not be invited to a formal meeting and if this does happen, you do not have to attend and they should reschedule it once you're back at work?

Invitation should be made in writing.
If you're not at work, they'd have to send it to your home.
If you're, for example, in Spain, you'd not get it for a while.
Sometimes, I wish I wasn't a Rep.

Invite in writing. Formal meeting is a work matter, how can you attend if you’re not at work :nana
