SA arrangements
Are SA arrangements open to all staff or only the previous staff who got it the previous year. I know it’s reviewed every 12 months but never get asked if I would like the option.

just ask to be trained up on the duties that cover it I guess its collections on a afternoon etc . all should go on a list like our place but no doubt there will be a few moaning saying this is our overtime just tell them f@@@ off its not easy

Exactly as I thought... will suggest we all go on the list but I’m sure I’ll get the “ we’ve been doing this for years ” Hold tight this could get a bit messy!
