Stage 3 disagreement
Bump, anyone in the know?
I Wrote-During Covid-Which is still relevant now
It's good to get these types of threads, the ridiculous my manager said bollox, so we can reassure ourselves that while the world is falling apart, Royal Mail managers are still being the low-life C***S they have always been.
My BFF Clash
The daily grind of having to argue your case with an intellectual pigmy of a line manager is physically and emotionally draining.

Stage 3 disagreement
Stage 3 is meant to be heard within 14 days of the stage 2 disagreement but is averaging longer. If the stage 3 cannot resolve it goes up to National intervention where all those at stage 3 along with the relevant CWU officer and National Royal Mail Director will try and resolve this , if they cannot than it will go to external mediation.
If the external mediators cannot find an agreed resolution than at this stage Royal Mail can if they choose writing saying they intend to introduce their proposal without agreement and the CWU can ballot for strike action.
This process takes months not weeks. However most get resolved at either stage 3 or National Invention and of course your office will have the final say on any agreement.
