Anyone know if being in the union you can have free solicitor for a out of work matter? Just my wifes disabled and got a interview with dwp about a esa overpayments .

Most solicitors in towns do a free consultations these days best thing is use google in your area.

If there is a Citizen's Advice Bureau in your are it would be worthwhile for your wife to contact them. They also sometimes have young trainee lawyers who are willing to do free representation to gain experience.
