I am a part-timer and will have completed 5 years service in March 2018.
My standard holiday entitlement will therefore increase from 4 and a half weeks to 4 weeks and 3.5 days holiday.
I wish to purchase additional leave up to the maximum of 6 weeks.
According to the application form the percentage adjustment to pay will be 2.6% if my service is more than 5 years.
If your service is under 5 years the cost is 3%.
I need to submit this form to the Line Manager by 28 February 2018.
As the holiday year starts on 1st April 2018 and at that point I will have completed 5 years service will my percentage adjustment be 2.6% ?
