What about your 2.6 % pay rise ? I was hoping for a lump sum and backdated pay .... along with a 2.6 % rise next year and a shorter week ...

Oh and the free stamps in November next year !

What a load of s**t.
He mentioned family friendly arrangements that the employer has to adhere to?
So why have I done 3 tribunals in the past 12 months where they was flatly refused? That is not going to get any better.
No detail just waffle and tub thumping.
Some of us can see beyond the rhetoric.

The culture of the business is the key fact here if we can get an agreement which folk do not get harassed or conducted for management giving them more work than they can do would be an achievement. As well as those who chose to work overtime get paid for their efforts and not brushed away as swings and roundabouts as was the phrase in a past agreement! The devil is in the detail but let's thank terry and his team for getting this far even if we cannot get the deal at this time.
