My last day was Dec 16th and I received my final pay last week. As far as I was aware you get your unused holiday in your final pay.
Contacted HR - manager to send leavers immediate email.
Contact manager - 'I already did it. Must not have opened the email'.
Contacted HR - not received anything.
Contacted manager - need to send another email.
Any advice on what to do next? I'm due roughly a weeks wages in untaken hoidays. Was relying on the money to see me through Christmas til I start my new job but now I'm left with nothing.

There is nothing you can do.

Also as they are closed from today, you'd have to act very fast indeed to get anything done. If desperate try and contact a Union rep if you are a member they may be able to arrange something.
