Anyone else had a problem with this as I saw doctor today regarding back and arm and he says probably the job! He says constant pulling trolley and twisting back has taken its toll,I’m beginning to think this job can’t be done long term anymore and they need to look at the whole delivery system as we have people with bad knees , shoulders etc I just can’t see anyone staying in job too late long the way it’s going, he told me to try to rest up! And if gets worse could sign me off

That is what they want an ever endless rotating door of people on less and less terms but as you say they are contributing to the problem time was war like world war one maimed soldiers (conscripts) yet postie's are the new cannon fodder of this new age turn over in staff is like 40% to 50% a year yet still the same face's at the top of the pile!
