It would appear that Dave and the PEC truly believe the 40,000 non voting members were so happy with the deal and that’s why they did not bother voting and they are counting them as yes votes. How fu**ing arrogant of them a large number of those not voting probably did so because they are disillusioned with the Union not because they thought the deal was so good.
Both Dave and the PEC should have the balls to come out and say they made mistakes leading up to and during the dispute and should certainly have more honesty about the deal rather then now trying to have themselves because of the yes vote.

It's good to get these types of threads, the ridiculous my manager said bollox, so we can reassure ourselves that while the world is falling apart, Royal Mail managers are still being the low-life C***S they have always been.

The daily grind of having to argue your case with an intellectual pigmy of a line manager is physically and emotionally draining.
