Hi Chaps,

Not sure I'm in the right sub forum but hey ho. Can anyone tell me how much do you loose a month in the SSS? How much extra annual leave do you gain? Does it effect your pension? Does it effect how much over time you can do and your over time rate?

You don’t lose anything, it’s a way of lowering yours and RM’s National Insurance contributions.

How much extra annual leave do you gain?

None.

Does it effect your pension?

No.

Does it effect how much over time you can do and your over time rate?

No. Although it might affect any state benefits you may recieve.


Salary Sacrifice allows you to lower your NIC’s via your pension contributions(PSE) and purchases via Mybundle like Cycle to work, etc.
