Does anybody know the rules of paternity leave if you think it will clash with the same week as your rotation ?
My wife is due to have a C section the week of my rotation so will my paternity leave start after my rotation?
Anybody has this in the past ???

You can start your paternity when you want, up to you,,, think it has to be taken within two months of the birth(something like that),,just start it after you rotation week

Paternity leave
Paternity leave has to be taken in 2 consectutive weeks -even if your rotation week fell in the middle of that all that happens is your rotation week is changed to put it at the end - it is very simple and no problem - go see your bookroom/dom and get it sorted now, if it falls after your rotation week then you start your 2 weeks after that - don't panic - this should have been explained when you handed in your MATB1
